Job Description

The role involves engaging in a variety of professional and personal health history verification processes essential for onboarding in a healthcare setting. Candidates will be responsible for the completion of necessary health screenings and competency evaluations to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Completion of the Prime Orientation Packet.
• Verification of education credentials and professional background.
• Health history review and documentation, including vaccinations and fit tests.
• Conduct mandatory screenings such as drug tests and TB tests.
• Maintain compliance with professional licensing and certification requirements.
• Engagement in core and specialty competency exams.
• Completion of employment eligibility verification (Form I-9).

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current and valid driver's license/state ID.
• Up-to-date health documentation including COVID-19 vaccine and other relevant immunizations.
• Successful completion of criminal background checks and verification processes.
