Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Cardiac Critical Care Nurse with a strong background in cardiac care for a busy unit specializing in Cardiogenic Shock. This unit is equipped with 32 beds and operates on a patient ratio of 2:1, ensuring high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage patients with complex cardiac conditions.
• Perform advanced procedures including central line and Swan insertion.
• Utilize advanced equipment such as hemodynamic monitors and telemetry devices.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to develop patient care plans.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Must have cardiac experience and strong critical care experience.
• Advanced skills in PA catheter and hemodynamic monitoring; IABP; Impella; CRRT preferred.
• Certifications Required: BLS, ACLS.
