Central Sterilization and Reprocessing Supervisor

Job Description

The Central Sterilization and Reprocessing Supervisor oversees staff and coordinates the functions of the Central Sterilization and Reprocessing areas. The role requires a strong background in inventory management and sterilization processing.

Responsibilities

• Supervise staff in the Central Sterilization and Reprocessing areas.
• Coordinate daily operations to ensure efficient processing and inventory management.
• Ensure adherence to safety and regulatory standards in all sterilization procedures.

Required Experience

• High School Diploma or Equivalent (Required).
• Some college education preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in coordinating inventory management and completing sterilization processing (Required).
• Certification as a Registered Central Service Technician preferred.

Schedule

This position operates on a PM shift with 8-hour workdays.
