Radiologic Technologist - NOC Shift

Schedule

This position requires availability for a night shift, from 11 PM to 7:30 AM, Monday through Friday. There are no weekend or call requirements.

Job Description

The Radiologic Technologist will be responsible for performing a variety of standardized radiographic and fluoroscopic examinations. This includes equipment operation and maintaining related records while delivering high-quality imaging services to patients.

Responsibilities

• Perform standardized radiological radiographic and fluoroscopic examinations utilizing proper patient positioning and exposure techniques.
• Operate all equipment within the modality competently.
• Set up and adjust immobilization and radiation protective equipment and devices.
• Review and analyze patient body size, thickness, age, physical condition, and suspected pathology in performing examinations.
• Assist physicians with various procedures.
• Report equipment malfunctions and the need for adjustments or repairs.
• Maintain related records and notations.
• Assist in Quality Assurance/Quality Control procedures as required.
• Participate in the educational training of students.
