Shift: 6:30 AM - 6:30 PM, with every other weekend required.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our ICU team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality care to patients in a medical ICU setting, handling diverse cases including sepsis, respiratory issues, and some cardiac and trauma patients. Teamwork and adherence to best practices are essential in this role.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional nursing care to critically ill patients.
• Monitor patient conditions and administer medications as prescribed.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic health record.
• Ensure adherence to infection control protocols and safety standards.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience, preferably in an ICU setting.
• ACLS and BLS certifications are required.
• Experience with medical ICU patients is preferred.
• Must possess a current nursing license in the state of Washington.
