Job Description

We are seeking dedicated Registered Nurses for a night shift position in a 36-bed unit. The ideal candidates will demonstrate a strong commitment to patient care and team collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Provide basic patient assessments and general care.
• Manage care for patients with wounds, tracheostomies, ostomies, drains, chest tubes, strokes, and seizures.
• Monitor patients requiring dialysis or PCA pumps, with a focus on heparin administration.
• Assist with post-operative care involving amputations, oral surgeries, and wound vacs.
• Facilitate bedside shift reports and conduct safety checks every 1-2 hours.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current BLS and NIHSS certifications.
• Experience in a similar healthcare setting is preferred.
• Able to work collaboratively within a supportive team environment.
