12-hour night shifts, 7 PM - 7:30 AM, on a 7 on/7 off schedule.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Respiratory Therapist for our Level 3 NICU unit. The ideal candidate must be flexible, willing to float to PICU and PEDS, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and provide respiratory care to neonates in the NICU.
• Hypothesis testing and management of respiratory issues.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Monitor and document patient progress and response to treatment.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current and active licensure as a Respiratory Therapist.
• 2 years of recent experience in a NICU setting.
• Certifications: ALS, BLS, PALS, NRP, NALS.
• Prior travel experience is preferred.
