Job Description

We are seeking a qualified professional to fulfill a clinical role. This position requires adherence to various protocols including health history, competency testing, and compliance with professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Complete and submit required health screenings and immunizations.
• Participate in competency testing as required for the role.
• Adhere to the Trinity Code of Conduct and other professional agreements.
• Maintain compliance with patient and privacy information security agreements.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Valid BLS License/Certificate.
• Compliance with required vaccinations including COVID-19, MMR, Hepatitis B, Influenza, and Varicella.
• Completion of a 10 Panel Drug Screen and Fit Test before onboarding.
• Criminal background check and education verification are also mandated.
