Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide total nursing care for patients across various age groups. This role involves assessment, nursing diagnosis, and the development of patient care plans. The ideal candidate will demonstrate leadership by working collaboratively with ancillary nursing and other patient care personnel to maintain high standards of professional nursing practice in the clinical setting.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop comprehensive care plans.
• Coordinate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient care.
• Adapt care strategies to accommodate patients of all ages, including infants, children, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 6 months of Medical Surgical experience required.
• Current certifications: NIH and BLS (AHA).
• Active nursing license in Oklahoma.
