Job Description

We are seeking a healthcare professional for a 13-week contract position. The role involves completing various onboarding checklists and health history forms, as well as undergoing required background checks and verifications.

Responsibilities

• Complete the Bassett Core Competencies checklist and Unit Exam.
• Submit personal health history forms such as MMR, Hepatitis B, Influenza Vaccine, TB Test, and Varicella.
• Provide a Driver's License or State ID and professional references.
• Undergo required background checks including criminal and sex offender registries.
• Submit a resume and complete education verification.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Successful completion of a drug screen.
• Annual TB Questionnaire completion.
• Physical/Health Statement submission.
