Job Description

This position requires completion of various health and professional verifications for onboarding. Candidates must provide evidence of compliance with health history and licensing requirements.

Responsibilities

• Complete Prime CA Sexual Harassment Prevention Training.
• Ensure all necessary personal health history documentation is submitted, including vaccinations and health statements.
• Obtain and verify relevant licenses and certifications.
• Fulfill all required assessments and background checks.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Proof of COVID-19 vaccination.
• MMR, Hepatitis B, Influenza, TB test, Varicella, and Tdap vaccination history.
• Driver's License/State ID is required.
• Successful completion of Prime Core Competencies Exam and other relevant testing.
• Pass a Prime Criminal Background Check and Drug Screening.
