Shift: 19:00 - 07:00 (Weekend Every Other)

Job Description

We are seeking a Charge RN for the Emergency Room with a minimum of 2 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated leadership capability and experience in managing a team within the ER setting. The position requires proficiency in using Meditech and a comprehensive understanding of emergency care protocols and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the emergency department.
• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the ER.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective patient outcomes.
• Assist in the implementation of emergency protocols and standards.
• Mentor and train junior staff members.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active RN License (Temporary licenses will not be accepted)
• 2+ Years of RN Experience in Emergency Room
• NIH Certification Required
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC Certifications Required
• Experience with Meditech preferred
