Job Description

CVHCare is seeking a qualified Physical Therapy Assistant with at least 1 year of professional experience, preferably in home health settings. The position involves delivering therapy services to patients within designated counties.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine visits to patients as part of the home health therapy team.
• Maintain productivity by meeting weekly visit expectations.
• Complete documentation and necessary communication with patients’ medical contacts.
• Be willing to accommodate weekend coverage and occasionally travel outside the service area.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current California PTA License
• BLS Certification
• Valid Driver's License, Auto Insurance, and Vehicle Registration
• Annual TB test, MMR, Varicella, Hepatitis B, TDap (within the last 10 years), and annual Flu vaccine
• Drug screening and physical examination
