Schedule

Shift: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, one weekend per month with weekdays off to balance out.

Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a Physical Therapist in our Inpatient Rehab unit, where you will provide comprehensive care to a diverse patient population. This position requires a commitment to improving patient outcomes through effective rehabilitation practices.

Responsibilities

• Provide inpatient physical therapy care to orthopedic, cardiovascular, neurologic, and general med/surg populations.
• Utilize various modalities and therapeutic exercises to enhance patient recovery.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Document patient progress in accordance with EMR standards using Meditech.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory guidelines in the treatment environment.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Must have a valid BLS certification.
• Minimum of 1 year current experience in a hospital acute care, inpatient rehab, or skilled nursing facility.
• Must be able to work varied day shift hours.
