Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively reach out to nurses using our extensive database—70–100 calls per day.
- Leverage social media platforms to identify, engage, and build relationships with top talent.
- Source and activate passive candidates using our in-house CRM and other tools.
- Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess candidate fit.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through referrals, events, and sourcing campaigns.
- Track and optimize pipeline activity to improve recruitment outcomes.
- Maintain consistent communication with candidates from initial contact through placement.
- Foster long-term relationships with your assigned nursing team.
Skills/Experience Requirements:
- A competitive, goal-oriented mindset with a strong desire to succeed.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—especially over the phone.
- Ability to build trust and rapport quickly with candidates.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to learn quickly.
- Experience in sales or recruiting is a plus, but not required.
- College degree preferred, but not required.
- Two years of sales experience (preferred, but not required)
