What do you love most about your role?
I’m in a position where I can change other hard-working nurse's lives in the same way that contract/travel nursing changed mine… and I love that.
What experience or background do you bring to your work with nurses or clients?
When I’m working with a nurse and I say I know how they feel, I’m not just saying that. I’ve been in the trenches and know what it’s like to feel undervalued, underappreciated, and underpaid.
What motivates you each day?
My family, and the thrill of closing a deal. Progress is intoxicating.
What’s something people are surprised to learn about you?
I've climbed Machu Picchu, and traveled all throughout Europe on my own.
What’s your go-to way to recharge outside of work?
I like trying new restaurants with my family. That, and craft cocktails, of course.
Do you have a favorite place you’ve traveled—or one on your bucket list?
Prague is my favorite city in the world.
