What do you love most about your role?
What I love most about my role at ARMStaffing is the opportunity to build meaningful partnerships with hospitals and healthcare systems across the country. As the Senior Director of Client Services, I’m deeply passionate about understanding each facility’s unique challenges and aligning our staffing solutions to not only meet their needs—but to directly impact patient care and outcomes. There’s nothing more rewarding than knowing the work we do helps ensure patients receive the timely, quality care they deserve. It’s a privilege to be part of a mission-driven team that’s making a real difference in healthcare every day.
What experience or background do you bring to your work with nurses or clients?
My entire career has been dedicated to supporting clients, and I bring a deep well of experience in building strong, trust-based relationships. Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of working closely with healthcare organizations, gaining an understanding of their unique needs, pressures, and goals. This background allows me to serve as a true partner—my focus is always on delivering exceptional service, fostering long-term partnerships, and ultimately contributing to better patient care.
What motivates you each day?
What motivates me each day is simple: I love what I do. The connections I’ve built with hospitals, our MSP partners, and the incredible people I work with continue to inspire and energize me.
What’s something people are surprised to learn about you?
Born and raised in Vermont (and yes, I’m a Vermonter who doesn’t ski!)
What’s your go-to way to recharge outside of work?
I recharge outside of work by spending time with my five amazing grandchildren.
Do you have a favorite place you’ve traveled—or one on your bucket list?
Last year, my sister—who I’m lucky to work alongside at ARMS—and I shared an unforgettable trip to Paris.
