What do you love most about your role?
The opportunity to work closely with our nurses every day. Being able to support them, listen to their needs, and help solve challenges they face is incredibly rewarding.
What experience or background do you bring to your work with nurses or clients?
With my background in customer service over the years, I’ve learned the value of genuine connections. It helps me get to know our nurses on a more personal level—which, to me, is the most meaningful goal.
What motivates you each day?
My team and our nurses! Every day, I’m inspired by their dedication, resilience, and the compassion they bring to their work.
What’s something people are surprised to learn about you?
People are often surprised to learn I am licensed in both cosmetology and as a notary. I love learning new things!
What’s your go-to way to recharge outside of work?
I love spending quality time with my family and friends!
