ARMS Check-In

The safety of our employees continues to be ARMS’ main priority. As the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak continues to evolve and spread through community transmission, ARMS has adopted Advanced Protective Measures across all company properties to protect its employees.

To help prevent the spread of COVID-19 and reduce the potential risk of exposure to our employees, you must complete this Health Screening questionnaire PRIOR to entering ARMS locations each Monday or first day scheduled to work. When completed, click the “SUBMIT” button at the bottom of the page to send to HR.

Please use your common, at-home thermometer to take your temperature to determine if you have a low-grade fever. Upon arrival, temperature screenings may take place at the office location.
