Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Labor and Delivery team. The ideal candidate will have experience providing care for mothers during labor and delivery, as well as post-partum care. This role involves working closely with the healthcare team to ensure a safe and positive experience for patients and their families.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional nursing care to patients in the Labor and Delivery unit.
• Monitor fetal heart rates and maternal vital signs.
• Assist with labor progress and manage pain relief options for patients.
• Collaborate with medical staff to develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Educate patients and their families on the labor and delivery process.
• Participate in emergency procedures and respond to critical situations as required.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active RN License in the state of Washington.
• 2+ years of recent acute nursing experience.
• Required certifications: Fetal monitoring, ACLS, BLS, NRP.
• Experience in labor and delivery preferred, with triage skills a plus.
