Job Description

The Ultrasound Technologist will be responsible for performing high-quality ultrasound procedures to assist in the diagnosis and treatment of patients. This position requires a strong commitment to patient care and a thorough understanding of ultrasound technology.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic ultrasound imaging as per physician requests.
• Maintain ultrasound equipment, ensuring optimal performance.
• Document all procedures accurately and efficiently in the EMR system.
• Provide excellent patient care and support throughout imaging processes.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Ultrasound Technologist.
• ARDMS certification or equivalent is required.
• Experience with Philips Epiq and GE E10 ultrasound equipment is preferred.
• Proficiency with the Epic EMR system is a plus.
