Job Description

Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our dynamic Emergency Department team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent clinical skills and embrace a teamwork mentality to provide exceptional patient care in a high-volume setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care following established protocols in a Level II trauma center.
• Monitor patient status, perform triage, and coordinate with other healthcare professionals.
• Utilize advanced medical technology and equipment to support patient care.
• Engage in continuous patient assessment and timely documentation utilizing the Cerner system.
• Collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, with at least 1 year in an Emergency Department setting.
• ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC, CPI, NIHSS certifications required before starting date.
• Experience in a high-volume ED, with exposure to trauma and stroke care preferred.
