Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse (L&D RN) to join our team at the Pacific Campus, which is recognized for its comprehensive maternity services and Level II NICU. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in high-risk perinatal care.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care to patients in labor and delivery.
• Monitor mother and baby's vital signs and fetal heart rate.
• Assist in vaginal and cesarean deliveries.
• Support postpartum care with a focus on couplet care.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Float to postpartum and antepartum as needed.
• Participate in the triage process, staffing with skilled RNs.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Labor and Delivery.
• Candidates with experience in facilities handling 100-200 deliveries are encouraged to apply.
• Current RN license (Compact license required).
• Certifications: BCLS, ACLS, NRP, AWHONN Intermediate or Relias Fetal Monitoring.
