Registered Nurse - Medical/Surgical / Colorectal & Bariatrics

Schedule

DAYS - 12HR: 7A-7P. 36 hours per week. Weekend block Fri-Sun or every Sat-Mon + a week day. Must work at least 1 holiday per contract. Must work charge.

Job Description

The Registered Nurse will provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the Medical/Surgical/Colorectal & Bariatrics unit. The nurse will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing nursing care plans, administering medications, and collaborating with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Required Experience

• 2 years of acute hospital experience
• 1 recent year in med surg/tele
• 2 years of U.S. work history required for non-U.S. candidates

Required License and Certifications

• Active NY RN License
• AHA BLS Certification

Benefits

Must be flexible according to the needs of the facility's schedule. Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility. This is a 16-week contract position. Guaranteed Hours: 112.
