Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Critical Care Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality care to a diverse patient population in a fast-paced critical care environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide critical care to adult and geriatric patients in the Critical Care Unit.
• Float to CVICU and Critical Care Step-Down as needed.
• Manage complex patient needs, including using advanced monitoring equipment and performing emergency procedures.
• Demonstrate proficiency in nursing skills such as IV starts, blood draws, and ECG interpretation.
• Assist physicians with bedside procedures and conscious sedation.
• Communicate effectively with patients and families regarding care and treatment plans.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a Critical Care setting.
• Active RN license.
• ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications are required.
• Ability to manage advanced skills like CRRT, IABP, and arterial line management.
