Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Registered Nurse to join our inpatient rehabilitation unit. Our team is dedicated to providing excellent patient care while promoting independence and safety in a collaborative setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for up to 6 patients per shift, ensuring their needs are met.
• Administer medications, including IVP medications, and monitor patient vitals.
• Collaborate with therapy departments (PT/OT/ST) to implement rehabilitation plans.
• Facilitate patient independence while maintaining a safe environment.
• Monitor patients remotely with telemetry systems.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active RN license.
• Minimum of 1 year of inpatient or rehabilitation experience.
• Current BLS certification.
• Completion of cardiac arrhythmia review test.
• ACLS certification preferred.
• Experience in medical/telemetry settings is a plus.
