LPN - Home Care Nursing

Job Description

We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with more than 2 years of experience in home care. The ideal candidate must demonstrate proficiency in wound care and be committed to delivering high-quality patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care in a home care setting.
• Perform wound care management and related procedures.
• Monitor patient conditions and document progress.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on care plans and health practices.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current LPN license.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in home care nursing.
• Proficiency in wound care management.

Schedule

This position is full-time, with a shift from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.
