Job Description

We are seeking a full-time Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) to join our Operating Room team. The facility is a Level III trauma center equipped with four state-of-the-art surgical suites. Our services include Robotics (Exactech, Mako, Stealth, DaVinci), General Surgery, Ophthalmology, Orthopedics, Neurosurgery, OB-GYN, ENT, Plastic Surgery, Urology, Trauma, and more.

Responsibilities

• Assist in surgical procedures and maintain sterile techniques.
• Prepare the operating room by ensuring the availability of necessary instruments and supplies.
• Collaborate with surgeons and other medical staff to provide optimal patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active Colorado Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) License with DORA.
• Certification in Surgical Technology from NBSTSA, AST, or NCCT.
• Current BLS Certification through the American Heart Association.
• Experience in orthopedic procedures, total joints, neuro/spine surgeries, robotics, urology, gynecology, ENT, and plastics.
• Graduate of an accredited scrub technologist program.
