7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, working every other weekend and holidays in rotation with hospital employees.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our rehabilitation team. The ideal candidate will provide top-notch personal care and assistance to patients, contributing to their comfort and recovery. You will work closely with the healthcare team to ensure each patient's needs are met and to maintain a high standard of care.

Responsibilities

• Assisting patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Monitoring and recording patient vital signs.
• Providing emotional support and encouragement to patients during their rehabilitation process.
• Communicating effectively with nursing staff regarding any changes in patient condition.
• Maintaining a clean and safe environment for patients.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a nursing or healthcare-related role.
• BLS certification is required.
• Experience in a MedSurg environment is highly valued.
