Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse for our Maternal Infant Unit. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in labor and delivery, exhibiting a commitment to providing high-quality care to both mothers and newborns.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care during labor and delivery, including vaginal deliveries and C-sections.
• Monitor and assess antepartum patients, ensuring their safety and comfort.
• Perform newborn and post-partum care efficiently and compassionately.
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation via EMR Meditech.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years labor and delivery experience.
• BLS, ACLS, NRP & AWHONN Fetal monitoring certification required.
• Previous experience in a high-volume LDRP unit is preferred.
