Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse to join our Surgical/Orthopedic Unit. The ideal candidate will provide optimal patient care through assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments according to established guidelines.
• Monitor patient vital signs and provide ongoing assessments and interventions.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient care.
• Educate patients and their families on health management and recovery strategies.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

Valid RN license is required. Candidates should have experience in a surgical or orthopedic nursing setting.
