Schedule

Night Shift: 3x12-Hour (18:00 - 06:30)

Job Description

We are seeking a registered nurse with experience in labor and delivery for a night shift position. The ideal candidate should have a background in postpartum care and be comfortable working with a high-risk OB and culturally diverse population. Responsibilities will include circulating during cesarean sections and providing care in various settings as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist with labor and delivery, including vaginal and cesarean births
• Provide postpartum care and support to mothers and newborns
• Conduct assessments and monitor fetal heart rates
• Administer medication and IV therapy as per physician’s orders
• Follow all hospital protocols for high-risk deliveries

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in labor and delivery
• Valid CA state RN license (Compact license must be in hand at submission)
• Certifications: ACLS, AWHONN Intermediate, BLS
• Experience with Epic charting system is required
