12-hour night shifts from 7 PM to 7:30 AM, with weekends and holidays as assigned.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Mental Health Professional to join our team in a state-of-the-art Behavioral Health Hospital. This facility provides inpatient mental health treatment for adults aged 18 and older, addressing a wide range of behavioral health concerns.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care and support to adult patients with mental health and behavioral disorders.
• Administer medications and manage treatment plans effectively.
• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions, as well as family therapy.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Document all patient interactions and treatment progress in the Epic charting system.
• Float to various units as needed, depending on patient care requirements.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years recent experience in Behavioral Health.
• Must be licensed in Michigan at the time of application.
• Care certification preferred.
