Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Travel Registered Nurse specializing in Orthopedics to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will bring a strong background in orthopedic nursing combined with a passion for patient care and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to orthopedic patients.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to assess and evaluate patient care needs.
• Support patients during recovery from total joints and spine surgeries.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in the EMR (Meditech).

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum 1-year current orthopedic RN or medical-surgical experience in an acute care setting.
• BLS certification is required.
• Preferred: Experience in orthopedic/spine surgeries and ACLS certification.
