Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Travel RN for our ICU department. The position involves caring for a variety of patients, including medical, surgical, cardiac, and neurosurgery cases, as well as post-operative open-heart patients. Candidates will work in a Level II Trauma Center with advanced equipment and a supportive team environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to ICU patients.
• Perform bedside procedures including bronchoscopy, chest tube insertion, and arterial and central line insertions.
• Monitor and titrate IV drips and assist with airway care.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum 1 year of current acute care ICU hospital experience.
• BLS and ACLS certification required.
• NIH Stroke Scale certification preferred.
• Prior Meditech experience is a plus.
• Experience in CVICU/CTICU is preferred.
