7:00 PM - 7:30 AM Nights, 36 hours per week with every other weekend and holiday rotation required.

Job Description

As a Registered Nurse specializing in Labor and Delivery, you will provide nursing care to patients from infancy through adulthood. You will utilize your knowledge of age-related growth and development to tailor the nursing process according to the nursing philosophy and objectives, as well as adhere to the Standards of Care and Practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to maternity patients, including labor and delivery, postpartum, and mother/baby care.
• Utilize Epic EMR for patient documentation and care management.
• Collaborate with a midwife-led team to ensure a supportive and empowering environment for personalized pregnancy care.
• Maintain compliance with medical and occupational health compliance items.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum 2 years of Labor and Delivery experience.
• Experience in postpartum and mother/baby care.
• Active New Hampshire RN License or Compact License.
• Active American Heart Association BLS Certification.
• Active Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) Certification.
• AWHONN Certification within the past 3 years is preferred.
• The traveler candidate must have their own vehicle.
