Laboratory Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Laboratory Technician to join our team for four 10-hour shifts. This role includes shared on-call duties for night shifts and weekends, generally requiring on-call availability one weekend per month. Additional details will be discussed during the interview.

Schedule

This position follows a 10-hour day shift schedule, with the expectation of shared call responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Perform general laboratory tests and procedures.
• Conduct phlebotomy, including arterial blood gas draws.
• Ensure the accuracy and reliability of laboratory results.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• ASCP certification as a Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) or Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) is required.
• Experience in a laboratory setting is preferred.
