Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Critical Care Unit team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in critical care nursing and be able to provide high-quality care to a diverse patient population.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and assess patient conditions and vital signs.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Provide support and education to patients and families.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient care.
• Perform advanced nursing procedures as needed.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• ICU experience is required.
• A Registered Nurse (RN) license is mandatory.
• Experience with titration of vesicant medications, pressors, sedation, and paralytics.
• Familiarity with ventilators, telemetry interpretation, and hemodynamic monitoring.
• Advanced skills in IABP, Impella, and CRRT are appreciated.
• No specific certifications are required, but CCRN is recommended.
