7:00 PM - 7:30 AM, 12-hour shifts with a 1:4 weekend rotation. One overnight call for trauma.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Certified Surgical Technologist (CST) with Level 1 trauma experience to join our Operating Room team. You will be responsible for assisting in surgeries and ensuring a sterile environment during procedures. Your expertise will be essential in providing high-quality care to patients undergoing a variety of surgical interventions.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the operating room for surgeries, ensuring all instruments and equipment are sterile and functional.
• Assist surgeons and other medical personnel during surgical procedures.
• Manage the supply of surgical materials and instruments during operations.
• Monitor patient safety and comfort throughout the surgical process.
• Participate in maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a CST in a Level 1 trauma facility.
• CST certification required.
• Preferred experience in General, GU/GYN, Ortho trauma, ortho joints, Neurosurgery, ENT, Pediatrics, Plastics, and Dental surgical procedures.
