Shift: Days (08:00 AM - 04:30 PM) with Weekend Hours: Every Other Weekend

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to join our team in a free-standing inpatient rehabilitation setting. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with a cohesive therapy and nursing team to provide high-quality care to an adult patient population, including those recovering from stroke, brain injuries, debility, amputations, and neurological disorders.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for patients.
• Implement therapy interventions to enhance patient recovery and rehabilitation.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Educate patients and their families about exercise, prevention, and rehabilitation.
• Collaborate effectively with nursing staff and other healthcare professionals.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Valid Physical Therapy license in the state of Indiana.
• 1-2 years of experience in an inpatient rehabilitation setting preferred.
• Experience with common diagnoses related to adult rehabilitation.
