Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional Saturdays.

Job Description

The Speech Therapist will provide comprehensive assessments and individualized treatment plans to patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings. This role involves collaborating closely with medical and therapeutic teams to enhance patient recovery and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and assessments to determine the speech and language needs of patients.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient evaluations.
• Provide therapy to enhance speech, communication, and swallowing functions.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support patient care objectives.
• Document patient progress and report on outcomes in accordance with facility protocols.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Valid state licensure as a Speech Therapist.
• Experience in both inpatient and outpatient therapy settings preferred.
