Job Description

This role requires a variety of credentials and health history documentation, which includes vaccinations, drug screenings, and other health-related assessments. Successful candidates will fulfill both personal health and professional credential requirements to ensure compliance and safety in the healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and submit necessary personal health documentation as required.
• Complete professional credential forms and verifications.
• Participate in competency training and assessments.
• Adhere to Trinity codes and agreements related to patient information and security.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• COVID-19 and Influenza vaccinations (as applicable).
• Trinity 10 Panel Drug Screen.
• MMR, Hepatitis B, Varicella, and Tdap vaccinations.
• Completion of a physical/health statement.
• Trinity Criminal Background Check and Education Verification.
• Licensure/Certificate Verification as applicable.
