Registered Nurse - Per Diem

Shift: 07:00 AM - 07:30 PM, potential for call coverage from 07:00 PM - 07:00 AM

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our per diem team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and will be required to work during a possible strike, with specific strike dates to be determined.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in alignment with professional nursing standards.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor and document patient progress and vital signs.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active RN license verification.
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications as applicable.
• Proof of MMR and Varicella vaccination or attestation of vaccination/declination.
• State licensure required.
• Health history documentation including TB test, Hepatitis B, Influenza vaccine, and other relevant immunizations.
