Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Histology Technician to join our team in the Histology Lab. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing and processing tissue samples and assisting with various procedures that support the diagnostic needs of pathologists.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and process tissue samples for microscopic examination.
• Perform staining and mounting of histological slides.
• Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Assist in maintaining inventory and ordering supplies as needed.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to deliver high-quality patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• ASCP certification or equivalent preferred.
• Relevant experience in a histology lab setting.
• Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
