Adult Respiratory Care Practitioner - Per Diem

Job Description

The Adult Respiratory Care Practitioner will be responsible for providing specialized respiratory care to adult patients. The practitioner will work within a per diem capacity to support patient needs during assigned shifts.

Responsibilities

• Administer respiratory therapy treatments and procedures as prescribed.
• Monitor and evaluate patient responses to treatment.
• Collaborate with medical staff to develop patient care plans.
• Educate patients and families on respiratory care practices.
• Maintain and troubleshoot respiratory equipment as needed.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Valid Respiratory Care license or certification.
• Completion of Prime CA Sexual Harassment Prevention Training.
• Proof of mandatory vaccinations (COVID-19, MMR, Hepatitis B, Influenza, Varicella, Tdap) and tests (Fit Test, TB Test).
• Driver's License or State ID.
• Successful completion of Prime Core Competencies and Skills Checklists.
• Background checks and drug screenings as required.
