Job Description

This position is for an Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Med/Surg Float duties. The RN will rotate between two Emergency Departments, providing high-quality care in both settings.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient-centered care in high-volume emergency settings.
• Float between the Tucson Campus Level I Trauma Center and the South Campus Level III facility.
• Provide immediate medical care and collaborate with the care team for effective treatment planning.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years recent Emergency Department RN experience, including time spent in a Level I Trauma Center.
• Travel nursing experience is highly preferred.
• Active RN license without any issues or hits.
• Current certifications: PALS, TNCC, NIHSS, ACLS, and BLS, all from approved vendors.
• Candidates must provide a valid driver's license for residency verification.
