Job Description

This position is for an experienced ER-Med/Surg Float Registered Nurse. The candidate will float between two Emergency Departments at different campuses. The ideal candidate has prior experience in a Level I Trauma Center and must be willing to adapt to varying locations and departments as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care in the Emergency Department.
• Float between two different Emergency Departments as needed.
• Respond to patient care needs in a fast-paced environment.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 24 months ER nursing experience with recent experience in the last 12 months.
• Active RN license to practice.
• Life support certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC must be from AHA, ARC, or ASHI.
• Experience in a 500+ bed hospital is preferred.
• Prior travel experience is highly preferred.
• No hits on state license to practice.
