CVOR RN Position

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Day shift of 4x10 hours, from 06:30 AM to 05:00 PM, Monday through Friday with one day off which may vary weekly. Call is required, including one post shift per week and at least one weekend per month.

Job Description

A CVOR Registered Nurse is needed to provide specialized patient care in a cardiovascular operating room setting. Responsibilities include assisting in open vascular, endovascular, and hybrid room procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care during cardiovascular surgical procedures.
• Assist with patient preparation and recovery in the CVOR.
• Monitor patient vitals throughout surgical procedures and report abnormalities.
• Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure optimal care.
• Participate in all required on-call and weekend duties as scheduled.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in CVOR nursing required; 3+ years may be considered based on screening.
• Active RN license in Washington or compact state.
• ACLS and BCLS certifications required.
• Wide-ranging experience with CV procedures, including hybrid and open vascular surgeries.
