Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team for a night shift position. The RN will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, ensuring the safety and comfort of patients, and collaborating with the healthcare team to improve patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments to patients as prescribed.
• Monitor patient vitals and report any changes to the healthcare team.
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to plan and implement patient care.
• Maintain patient records and document all patient interactions and treatments.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Completion of required health screenings and checks including a Trinity 10 Panel Drug Screen, COVID-19 Vaccine, and physical health statement.
• Ability to work in a high-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
