Job Description

The Registered Nurse (RN) will provide high-quality care to patients, adhere to the facility's policies, and participate actively in the team environment. The RN is expected to work every other weekend and holidays in rotation with hospital employees. This position is within a 350-bed facility.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient care in accordance with established protocols.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure quality care.
• Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to medical staff.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Provide education to patients regarding their health conditions and care plans.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current RN license in the state of Florida.
• Experience in a clinical setting preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
